get a fashion mullet. It's almost like, the opposite of what you have now. and I love them. They look awesome, when done right. However, I cut my own hair, and do not trust myself to pull one off. It's definately something that needs to be down by a professional.

Hate to break it to you but Adam has lots of natural wave...you'd need a wave perm to come even close if you have straight hair. Take the pic in and show it to them....but don't hold your breath.

Yeah man, I feel your pain--i did bangs and they've become a bit of a hassle (my hair is curly too). Try some nice long layers--that's what I'm going back to. Start them right around or under your chin and work your way down. It brings body to your hair when you do it curly and it looks awesome when it's straight. Hope this helps ya!

My hair is unmanagibly curly too. I get it cut in a few layers, not many and cut a sweep bang. I shower, put some "curls up" (CVS like $4) and blow dry curly. Then I either straighten just the bangs or leave it all curly and let the bangs blend in with the layers.

In my opinion, don't get it cut (make your side bangs a little bit fringy :))

Just dye it.

But dye it with colours you know you look good in and colours that will make you not look 20.

But remember to condition really deeply before you get it dyed.

Emo/scene hair normally consists of layers and side bangs.

The styling is of wax,teasing,hairspray and straightening.

So,don't freak if the stylist doesn't do what you completely want.(you can always change it with product)

Don`t go too overboard with product,it will look and smell disgusting.

But fringe is one of the greatest things for every emo/scene hair.

Try getting layers and getting the whole top layer dyed and so on.

And chunks of colour looks pretty cool but don`t go crazy on it.

Get your front hair dyed 2 different colours one on top of the other.It looks awesome.

best bet is goggle %26amp; search fringes for either short or long hair depending on what u have. Make sure though before you cut a fringe that your crown is not in the front oterwise your fringe will never set.

there isnt really much to choose from if you want emo but not messy. i think that you should cut your bangs shorter so their side bangs or real bangs because thats what the emo/punk hairstyle is, in every emo/punk hair picture they have some sort of bangs. you can also get a ton of layers and just not mess them up.

The more layered it is, (and shorter) the more body it has. IT will go curlier the shorter it is.

This is a good cut, easy to straighten + it will go curly unlike your last cut. Maybe you might want it alittle longer, but it will flatter your face shape.

I like the color the way it is, maybe a new style, or just a few extra layers. I would only use a caramel color with your skin type, if you plan to lighten, or add highlights. i think it looks fine. you could sometimes curl the ends to give your hair a little spring. you take a styling brush (easy at rite aid) and take a blow dryer and curve it around the ends. then use the hot heat, then cold so it'll stay in place....

You are very pretty and appear to have nice healthy hair... I like the style you are describing, I was just wondering how it would work in your day to day life. Do you have the time and energy to keep up with it on a day to day basis. If you are into sports, I would keep the length so it can be pulled up. If you are very physically active, either really short hair, or hair long enough to pull up works best.
