so my hair is to my shoulders,its black, and
ive been waiting soo long to cut it
and i alwys go for the same shaggy short cut bot i want something more longer this time
soo what can i do?
i want to keep my lenght, bot i want it to be shaggy, and short at the top and long at the bottom (if u kno what i mean) and im willing to do anything with my bangs

I say get a hair style that is more up-to-date. Shaggy bangs are not whats hot. But if you dont care about the style now-a-days go for the cut you really desire. It wouldnt hurt to try....its just hair.
