Scene hair style with wavy/curly hair?

I want a soft scene-styled cut. Not too poofy or fancy, my favorites are these:

I have dark brown hair, almost black, on light olive/golden skin that is really wavy with a couple of curls.

Obviously scene cuts look best straightened, but it's way too much of a headache to straighten it daily. So, do you think that these scene cuts will look good or at least okay with my natural hair?

what i do is i put mousse in my hair and de-fusse it i allso have side bangs and they look really cute curly my hair kinda looks like this (just copy and paste at the top you know were you put www. what ever ya to get the pic)
