I am REALLY light skinned, but my cheeks r always red and flushed. Now I have EXTREMELY light brown hair and blue eyes. What color should I get my hair died, and what style? I'm thinking of sideswept bangs??

the bangs will look good. try going a chocolat brown. if you get a darker brown with red tint then it will make you face look reder. curling it or straightening it will look fine. good luck
