I have really thick brown and a oval shape face. I have a small head i think so i don't want big puffy hair. i was either thinking a wavy or spiral perm but im scared to get one. or i was thing get my hair cut to my shoulders and getting it razored??? is that alot of work to style? i don't like spending alot of time on my hair. I also don't know if i should get side bangs or what? please help!!

If you have a small head, I would suggest you not to get a perm, but it's hard to say with out exactly knowing what you look like. Have you considered just a choppy shoulder length cut? It's not hard to style. Add a few drops of shine serum, and then run a straightening iron over your hair.
Side bangs? Well I've had them before, and they were good. But if you get them, get them nice and short, like just slightly below your eyebrows so that you can just delicately swoop them to the side with out them hanging and poking your eyes all the time. :)
